			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I originally found this post over at <a href="http://continuations.com/post/101416360/gameplay-is-the-new-social">Continuations</a> by <a href="http://www.continuations.com">Albert Wenger</a> and thought it was a great post to share here.</p>
<p>In it he explains the coming wave of game dynamics that are finding ways to engage users in tasks that formerly had no &#8220;points&#8221; or &#8220;achievements&#8221; systems.  I think its good insight, and concur that we should expect this type of thing to increase rapidly as the next generation of business professionals spent large chunks of childhood &#8220;leveling up&#8221;</p>
