Having this guidance can&lt;br&gt;allow you a monthly meetup, deliverable deadlines, and folks you have to&lt;br&gt;give all information to.  Otherwise you have feedback sessions which suffer&lt;br&gt;from not having all the information of the past months work.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think there is a place for both types of folks - happenstance coffee&lt;br&gt;meetings and then more formal roles for those people that stick around and&lt;br&gt;follow your progress.</description>
