Brands talking to each other on Twitter (Boxee and Pandora)

I love watching brands talk to each other on Twitter.

Recent Tweet from Boxee

and the reply tweet soon after from Pandora

When brands show they are communicating out in the open everybody wins. Now people know that although this may not happen tomorrow, it is hopefully in the works.

nothing really to add except i think this is so cool. especially after reading an article this morn about how companies shouldn't be on twitter. shows you can't make a general statement like that. it's right for some, even if not for the majority. and yes, you need to be human (act like the individual representing its values) even if your account is the company's name.
