Gambling ads back in Google?

It is being reported that in some regions Google will be re-introducing gambling ads into SEM guidelines.

What does this mean for SEM? Certainly more advertising dollars that have been waiting to be poured into the Google Ad system. I think this is an interesting time for this to happen as many people will be watching Google to see how they handle the potential online advertising budget changes.
