Me being on the “sales” side, I can totally relate to the “web” sides responses when my computer goes down. Hysterical!

I have had many difficult times with trying to get help on computer issues. Do they really play video games while talking to me? LOL I will say the last tech I talked to was very good and things would have worked out better if the Sept windstorm hadn't knocked my electric out for 7 days in the middle of a fix.
