Facebook recently added chat (finally) to the system and have been rolling it out slowly to all users.

My first impressions have been positive, but my thoughts were captured perfectly by the kid in the back.

She presents the follow challenges
1. Admitting You Use It
2. Anonymous Stalking is Over
3. Because We Already Talk Too Much
4. Facebook = Procrastinating

read the full descriptions in the Facebook post

Definitely a hilarious list :)

That does sound like a problem. Although they may not have implemented all

Yeah to some people it's not a problem at all. But let's take someone like Leo Laporte for example. He might want to only be able to chat with a certain friends list, not all 5000 of his friends.

But I see what you mean, it doesn't mean much to the average user.

That is a good point. TechCrunch had an article up about it as well. I
guess if you have too many friends, you need to control the flow.
