To be fair both reports are from 2004 but represent a timeline of how long this debate has gone on. This is not an effort to make a broad sweeping statement that the upfront will disapear all within one year – but rather show how gradual change can influence the overall marketplace.
We are already seeing the change today happen before our eyes. The question is, is it enough?
